Swine Flu Vaccine Side Effects

Sorry to disappoint you, but there is currently no vaccine for swine flu. Instead, anti-viral drugs such as Tamiflu can be effective in reducing the symptoms of flu up to 2 days after flu is contracted - see Tamiflu side effects: children. Once a vaccine is created, swine flu vaccine side effects would be the same (most likely) as the current flu vaccine side effects.

The most common side effects experienced are soreness at the injection point, which goes away in 2 days, and less common side effects are fever and muscle aches, which are treatable with regular pain medication.

BTW, swine flu vaccine if quite a few months away even though scientists are racing to get it out.
